Lode Data Corporation offers technical support to all of our customers with a current subscription. If you require technical support please feel free to call us or use the Tech Support Form to be reached via email.

Basic Training

Lode Data offers extensive training for all Lode Data products. The classes are designed to cater to the individual needs of the students. They cover every aspect of the software while allowing time for hands-on design and drafting to utilize the software in realistic situations. The basic class is designed to provide a general overview of the Design and/or Drafting Assistant. We use Lode provided specifications, maps, and examples. This class may contain students from different companies and with varying backgrounds. Reservation form required to reserve class

Classes begin at 8:30 am at our office in Englewood, CO. Completion of the tutorials in the manual is highly recommended before training begins. Time slots are reserved on a first come first served basis.

Custom Training

The custom classes are designed for companies who want a more personalized training experience. We will use customer provided specifications, maps, examples, and architectures. Basic Broadband Design Theory overview available upon request. Classes are held either at Lode Data Corporation or at the customer site.
