Design Assistant 10.50 has been released

We have released version 10.50 of The Lode Data Design! Please contact us to request the download link.

10.50 New Features/Enhancements

Tap Selection Group (TSG Enhancements)

• A TSG Column has been added to Design, Entry, and Active Entry Mode
• The TSG column will work much like the Level (LV) column does
• When the TSG column is not populated, it will use group specified in the TSG dropdown at the top of the screen.
• Once populated with anything other than the default, it will use that group.
• The TSG will remain at that node line through any Forward Feed, Back Feed, Rotate, etc.
• The User can change the value at any time using the same methods you would for LV.
• If the TSG is reset to zero, it will use the TSG set at the top of the screen.

Increase in Active file

• There are now 250 possible actives in the Actives file. By default, these new actives do not have ID numbers assigned to them so they will have to be added as actives are created.

File Versions

• Files can be saved back to previous versions of 10.x. Older versions can be opened and saved in the current version.

10.50 Maintenance notes

• The proper C++ 2015 Redistributables have been added to the install.
• Issues with proper Tap Plugin selection, and 6 Port Tap Swap options have been corrected.
• Additional Frequencies have been properly realigned in the correct column in the Design Mode.
• Active Plugins are displaying properly in the expanded screen.
• Copy Row function in the Active specs will no longer increase the Pad Bank value after saving and reopening.
• Map BOM no longer causes crashes.
